From Benares - 1
I took more than a thousand pictures in Benares. The old city of Benares (aka Kashi and officially, Varanasi) is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities on earth and offers too many opportunities to shoot, too many stories to capture.
This was the first picture I clicked when I reached Benares. I was tempted to crop the frame to comply with the rule of thirds but somehow decided against it. Works, I guess.

School Girl
It's been a slow patch on pykih for a while, mainly because I lost my camera, again! The good part is, that I have upgraded to a DSLR now, the Canon Rebel T2i (EOS 550D in most markets). Here's the first one from the new cam. More to follow...
